Daniel Salas has now been to our home 4-5 times. He always shows up on time. He is always respectful and offers to remove his shoes or to wear booties. He explains slowly and clearly what the issues are with our system and how he thinks we should best address them. He shares alternatives and there pluses and minuses. I can’t say enough good things about ServiceMaster Vero Beach this past month. From the response time drying out my home living area after a water leak to seeing our family through the remediation and cleanup, start to finish! What an amazing job.
