I decided to try an ionic detox footbath with Patrice on a whim, not really expecting much. To my surprise, I left the first session with my foot and calf feeling incredibly light and relaxed — and I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis, so that was a very welcome result! I went back for a second treatment, and later that day I actually started to feel a bit unwell — but that passed quickly. Then I noticed something unexpected: the nagging knot in my shoulder blade, which had been bothering me for a while, was significantly less painful. The next morning, I woke up with zero pain in that area and full range of motion. I was honestly ecstatic! There’s clearly something about the ionic process that really supports the body’s healing. Patrice is fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments. Highly recommend giving it a try — you might be pleasantly surprised, too!
