Incredible post-race massage that left my legs feeling fabulous just a few hours after running 31 miles. They worked magic in just a few minutes!

I’ve been amazed at all the ways that Patrice and her staff have been able to help me physically mentally emotionally and even spiritually. The wide array of services, equipment and talent of her and her staff and her encyclopedic knowledge of health and wellness have been a boon to my recovery from several conditions as well as help me increase my understanding of how to keep myself well in the future.
