We had the absolute best experience with Roth Interiors! Keith the owner of the business came out personally to measure our windows for plantation shutters. From start to end this was a very good experience. Ryan installed about 6 weeks later and we only have good things to say about the professionalism of this business and the quality of the product. First, in the interest of full disclosure, this is the second review I'm giving because I sold my old house and just bought a new one. They did my first home about 3 years ago and I wanted them to do the window treatments for the new home based on the positive experience I had on my previous home. I have to say I am confused about the negative reviews. I'd sooner say the problem is with the reviewers and not the business being reviewed. Roth did the window treatments for my two houses and one of my neighbor's houses, and I have yet to see any indication of anything less than the highest level of professionalism. The owner himself came to do the measurements. He impressed me as having both honesty and integrity with regard to representing his company and products. As it turned, out I was right.When he came to do the measurements, I had just ordered hurricane windows. He advised me to contact him again once the windows were installed.
