We had a small leak around a roof nail that had popped out - which over several years caused some damage to the roof in the area of the leak. Roof repairs came out within a couple of days of our call to give us an estimate. The estimate was fair, Juan was very professional, and the crew was here within a week to complete the repair. We had a discussion about the shingles potentially not matching because of the age of the roof, but the match was great. We were extremely impressed and satisfied with our experience with Roof Repairs Only.
Jim, his wife and the new owners Josh & Bros are SUPER! Little roof problems become BIG ones if not taken care of in a timely fashion. Josh said this to me and fixed my roof when I didn’t have all the money right away. He took my word that I would pay and I have used them twice. I have a new Lennar home that the workmanship was rushed/shoddy and had some flaws that showed up when the hurricane came through. Josh is so honest that when I went to pay when finished he told me I owed $80 LESS THAN what I was quoted! AMAZING! The job looks great too! They matched the other roof shingles perfectly.
