I was a new patient to Dr. Shipley in March of 2019. He is very good at listening to you. He makes sure all your annual tests are done. If you need to see a specialist. He will refer you. You don't head the from a specialist in three days. Dr. Shipley's office will ask you to call them back. They will get ahold of the specialist. You will hear from them within 2 days. Dr. Shipley is very educated and continues to teach other upcoming doctors.

It is so rare in today’s world to find a medical professional that will sit down with you, ask questions and listen to your concerns all while guiding and leading you towards better health outcomes and avenues. Meredith Kitchell is one of the most kind hearted and compassionate professionals I’ve ever had overseeing my healthcare. There really are no words. She is a valued asset to have, helping those in our community. PCTC is lucky to have her onboard. Thank you, Meredith, you’re really a trusted advisor and your gentle demeanor is sure to put other patients at ease, too.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional, BUT DR. VENDRYES, personally took care of the issue.He apologized many times and made sure, I was treated with respect, I really really appreciate.I will comeback there, over and over, for Dr. Vendryes.
