My time at this dentist was extremely and overwhelming pleasant. I have been very reluctant to go to the dentist due to past hurtful experiences, but my dental hygienist today went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. You can tell he really enjoys his job and enjoys ensuring that his patients are well taken care of. I highly recommend coming to this office for dental care!
Great service but I waited over a month for my final bridge and the first few days the permanent bridge broke in half. I was eating a soft tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread thank you it was OK to chew on that side as soon as I chewed on that side it split in half and cracked the next day. The piece came out. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the bridge. I have an appointment on Friday for them to replace this permanent bridge that cracked in half. They did a beautiful job with the appearance of the bridge looked like my teeth, but it shouldn’t have cracked in half especially in two days after I got the permanent. If I could add more starts I most certainly would! White glove treatment at its finest. A few years back, double digits to be exact, Dr Planes did my veneers, which by the way, came out amazing! Fast forwarding to 2025. Little slip up, I am a very active man, had a mishap and my front tooth, snapped, left me with a huge gap. I immediately called Dr. Planes and on a very last minute phone call I made, he made it possible for me....and for the record, I live in Miami. ALSO FOR THE RECORD...THIS HAPPENED TO ME ON A SATURDAY! And I am sure if he wasn't at the office, he made it happen and I couldn't be more thankful for that.
