From the first day Amanda arrived to my mother in laws house,which was labor day holiday she was nothing but professional,knowledgeable & understanding. I myself was not there however her 2 sons were,& she explained the situation easily. As of today she has been nothing short of miracle for understanding a complicated situation. Able to give suggestions & Idea's that don't always come best from a family member. As well as understanding that family is not only from that area but tht state. She was able to help navigate situations that I found very helpless. A great sounding board,thank you again Amanda & all who work with her to help my family through a difficult situation.
