“My experience was wonderful. First I went on their website and scheduled my appointment with Lauren. Booking online was so easy and it saved me so much time. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. Lauren was a great listener and gave me the haircut I wanted. I would highly recommend this salon and spa if you want the best experience in services. I even got a tour and the renovations are amazing. Bonus so is the view.“

I got in with Tom and he did a beautiful job doing liquid gels on my nails (builder gel)! Soooo pretty and natural and shiny. I’ve had sooo many compliments so far since I went a few days ago! “Excellent customer service and a very beautiful place. BUT… i’m sorry to say I have a complaint.I paid $185 for Gel & pedicure. And less than a week later, it started to chip. (I will say it could be because I’m used to acrylic.) My natural nails had grown out and so I tried the gel they use that is supposed to be healthier (and I believe it is.) But unfortunately keeping this up would be an unsustainable cost to me. So I did remove down one star because I can’t go back there and do this every couple of weeks, ?? (not to mention, I live a little bit further out. ) But I will say they were all very sweet people! It’s a beautiful place and if you’re not watching every penny like I am, then it’s a great place to go. If you’re looking for somebody really great, I definitely say Claudia is wonderful, and I’m sad I can’t go ( at least while I still have a child in college!) Maybe in 2 yrs I can come back again. ? ??“

“I had my first appointment with Victoria and it was for a trim/hair cut. 1st off, as soon as you walk in the entire environment is warm and welcoming. Victoria is such an asset to their business and such a wonderful and knowledgeable individual in itself. I went it with a few concerns and questions and she had such patience and grace with all I had to ask. I made my follow up appointment with her before I even left the building. “Beautiful, clean salon in the heart of Vero Beach. I had the pleasure of having a pedicure with the nail tech, Kyla. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. Had sugar scrub, mask and hot towel treatment. Overall great experience. Great prices. Will be back. Thanks!“
