As a regular Massey Irrigation customer I requested an inspector to come out and look at some dry spots and water spray on my home. Ken Lightle arrived on time and with a big smile listened to all my concerns. He let me tag along and addressed each issue. He was able to do some adjustments right then and there and ordered part replacements for my next scheduled maintenance to be replaced. I couldn't ask for any better service!
Larry was the best technician! He listened to our concerns and made it happen. Applied a heavier spray and put a stronger gel than the others did from the get go! First guy we had, we didn’t like cos he didn’t fill in the holes under the sink as promised in the paperwork. After calling Massey about it, they immediately took action and changed the technician. They followed up with us for 2 weeks straight for free to combat the issue. Thank you 🙏
