They do all the landscaping maintenance at our condos, Oak Park Terrace. They are good at mow and blow. They are very poor at trimming and responding to inquiries. All plants are made into balls. They don’t respond to requests.
My community in Melbourne Fl has Juniper as our landscaping company. Have had work order pending for 3 months to repair ruts in lawn, and dead grass down to bare dirt in spots from herbicide spray. Irrigation has not worked on one side of our street for 3 months.My requests are being ignored, many issues with this company in our 55+ community. Juniper doesn't care.
This is a relatively new landscape company for our community. I am so impressed with Juniper Landscape. One example..today I spoke to a young man named John. I told him I needed a hedge trimmed when the trimmers are here. He came over, took a photo and said he would be sure to bring this to his managers attention. “Don’t worry, we will get it done” is what he said. Always with a smile on his face too!
