Every few months I bring my Nana to the Sun Plaza location to get her haircut and every time I ask the staff not to say the total aloud and to tell her the hair washing is included if she asks (she doesn't know I pay for her haircuts), and every time we get such a sweet person that goes along with it and hypes her up. Thank you to the wonderful people who make her day!
What a great experience! I visited the location on Miracle Mile today. April was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She was patient, exercised precision and it shows! I highly recommend her.
I never had more than a 10 minute wait. I like when you get their coupons. Decent location and a decent haircut. I will be returning. Like you can use your credit card for payment.
