I got there is a PC that I couldn't use after being in very bad hands. They were competent, friendly, respectful and, above all, they listened patiently to my issues, gave me alternative solutions until I settled with the best one for me. Couldn't be happier.

Surprised by the negative reviews. We couldn’t have been happier with Alexander coming out on a Sunday morning and troubleshooting our weak Wi-Fi issues. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. It has changed our connectivity and decreased the stress at home, since we’re now working remotely at home. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.
