We ordered four windows through Lowe's, and they put us in touch with Farrow Construction for the installation. They were always punctual, good at communicating, flexible with scheduling, and easy to get on the phone.
On the installation day (today), their crew of two tireless guys showed up at 8:45 AM (estimated between 8 and 10 AM) and worked nonstop until all four windows were installed seamlessly. I even ordered them pizza for lunch, but they didn't pause to eat until the job was done (even though I would have been fine if they took a break and ate). I would trust Farrow Construction for future home renovation jobs, and YOU should too.
The worker that installed the front door did an exceptional job, very happy with the finished product. Knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with all my needs. Very happy , will recommend to my friend. Thank you.
I was wary when I saw the other Lowes reviews, but I had a great experience with Rapheal and his installers did excellent work. Plus Kelly with Farrow stopped by to do a quality control check and she was so helpful! They are coming back to install a additional part that Lowes didn't provide, but would definitely be happy to use this team at Farrow again!
