The day we were leaving for vacation the fan on the outside a/c unit quit working. We called Family Heating and Air after hours, Jonathan was at our house with in 30 minutes. The fan motor had seized up. Because this happened on a Friday night we had to wait until Monday until a new fan motor could be located. Jonathan told us the unit was still under warranty but finding a new may take some time. He located one Monday morning, picked it up and it was installed by 11:00am on Monday. My in-laws were only without air for a few days. I would highly recommend Family Heating and Air for all your A/C needs. Jonathan was very professional and great to work with.
