My husband & I hired Chris 6mo ago & keep commenting on how sexy we feel. Not just because of our muscles, but also because of our mindset. My husband couldn’t gain muscle the way he wanted & now I grab them all the time. I have never felt this fit. So grateful for such a knowledgeable and laid back trainer in Vero. We highly recommend him & his trainers.
