I waited 2 weeks after I called to get my septic tank serviced. The alarm kept sounding off for 2 weeks I had to call 3 times before someone came to service my tank. Once Tom was notified about my issue, he right away came over and addressed the problem I was having with my septic tank. Tom has always did a great job addressing any issues with my septic tank! Thank you Tom!!

It's a small business with even smaller operations at this location so let's give some grace.It took me a few times to receive the paperwork via email but we kept positive attitudes and a solution oriented mindset and we made it happen! Was it perfect? no and doesn't need to be every single time. Not realistic in life.A suggestion to the business would be to reach out to maintenance agreement owners from the builders and build a relationship with them. They came to my house as part of the maintenance agreement and since it's the technician, he's not focused on anything else than the task which is expected. We are pleased with the entire installation process. Paco and his team are extremely meticulous and hardworking. The chamber array is perfectly square and plumb. Also, the yard was left very smooth. It was clearly a lot of work but they were happy to explain things and managed to get it all done by the end of the day. They deserve a thousand thank you's. It was worth the cost.
