Wow! The folks at Benson's Lock Service are heroes. They saved us in a horrible situation. My son's truck key broke in half while far from home, and he didn't have a second key. We brought the broken, twisted, warn key in and they somehow managed to make 2 keys that were cut in 2 slightly different ways, just in case, and they both worked. They saved what could have been an extremely ugly, experience situation quickly and for $20. We can't thank them enough. Amazing!!!

While they had to come out twice to get me up and running, I was impressed with the service and professionalism. Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg like most places around here and young man Rain did a great job walking me through what was wrong with my door. Will recommend to family, thank you.

I had an outside door knob that got DESTROYED by falling debris in the last storm. Desperate, because I put the lawn chairs and trash cans behind that door to keep them from blowing around, I called Benson's. The lady said, "I can't get anyone out there until 4". Really? That's a problem? That's only three hours away. I would have been thankful if you said "I can have someone out there in two days!" Two guys came out and started banging and drilling.
