I must give the owner credit for following through and resolving my issues. I had been using their service for a year with no problems until a few weeks ago when I had my designer scarves cleaned. As soon as the owner became aware of my concerns, he contacted me and asked what they could do to make it right. He followed through until my scarves were fixed. Very friendly ladies! The prices are great and there's no silly extra charges for everything. They do take a couple days but that's because they're so busy-everybody uses Ar Pats!

Ar-Pat's is located in the Vero Beach Miracle Mile shopping center, near the Fresh Market. I stayed with family in Vero Beach and was looking for a dry cleaner and they were recommended to me by family. During COVID, they were open until 5pm on weekdays and closed on weekends. The employee that was working was very nice and personable. I had dropped off a comforter and a 2 piece men's suit and dress shirt. A king comforter was $40 to clean, suit was $16, and shirt was $4. Compared to Miami (my home), the prices were double at Ar-Pat's compared to most dry cleaners in Miami. The cleaning came back in 2 days and everything looked great, but I can only give them 4 stars...read full review
