I was blown away at your employee, Jackeline. I have never encountered such a wonderful representative in person or on the phone at anytime. Jackeline could probably recite any information regarding products and services in her sleep, that is how knowledgeable she is. Wish there were more people like her in our world. You are so very lucky to have her.

Dawn was amazing and very professional and very accommodating. I have been to quite a few Zoom tan locations and she gives one of the best customer service experiences thus far . Thanks dawn ! ☺️

I was at the Venice location Sunday feb 25th right at opening hours. There were several customers checking in and one customer in particular was a little “cranky” that he had to wait 1 minute till he could check in due the 24 hour rule. He was very rude to Tiffany, who was working to get everyone checked in but she handled him with so much professionalism and continued to provide the man with a smile and a positive and apologetic attitude. Then, another customer got a little upset when her booth lights went off and I could hear her complaining over the sound in my booth.
