My grandmother referred me to Dr. Steve Lulo and during one of our hardest times, their team supported us and our ladybird. I wish I could thank them all individually for their help and support. They sent us a card to follow up a couple weeks after ( which made me cry all over again ). They are hands down the best. I have another fur baby that has her appt coming up as I won’t take her anywhere else. 10/10
Today was a very sad sad day but dr Shane assured me we were doing the right thing and Aubrey and Jenna couldn't have been nicer and got us in even before because they knew it was important a huge thank you all
Dr. Kulp and staff are wonderful. We had been seeing this doctor for a while with our sick cat. Dr. Kulp walked us through our cats diagnosis and was so respectful towards our decision to put her to rest as her quality of life was no longer quality. They were so loving towards her in her final moments and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. The process was not rushed and was very peaceful. They are wonderful people.
