Firstly I will say that Ubreakifix is normally a name I suggest in fear..... But this is NOT the case here! Max made sure my phone would be repairable in advance (no bend or damage to the frame, etc) then contacted me as soon as my screen came in and told me just to turn up and he would get it done. The check in was easy and he explained everything that would happen, what it meant for me, and how long it would take. 30 minutes later I came back, picked up my phone exactly when they said, and everything was clean and new and worked perfectly. I have not had good experiences with other repair shops, but after this I would not hesitate to use them again.

My fiance and I went in to have the front of her phone fixed. Maxwell W. The manager broke the back of the phone while fixing the front. He refused to fix his mistake. Should be called we break you pay. Very dissatisfied with their service.

My husband's computer was sluggish and had lots of apps most likely slowing it down. I took it to uBreakifix of Venice, FL and they were wonderful. Cleaned it all up in just a few hours and price was very reasonable. I now have my "go to" place for cell phones and computers.Lora M. Moyer
