Not only is Tommy's a great place for a car wash, they have great people working there. Recently, I brought my Aviator through, and the rectangular piece covering the hitch fell off. I had no idea until I got home. Makayla saw what happened, retrieved the part, and kept it safe until I returned. THANK YOU!!!

I purchased the number 4 level. It did a very nice job. Bruce was very helpful and informative. He keeps the drying cloths filled and said sometimes they are hard to get out of the machine. Cloths are very absorbent. When using the vacuum you need to push the button on the side of the tower to start and hold the button down for 3 seconds to stop it. Has a terrific suction. They keep the area very clean Everyone very pleasant. Would rate it a 5 star. Linda

Always helpful and friendly staff. Had to cancel my subscription due to forgetting I had it and was being charged for months, but hadn't been in at least 2 months, as I was going through a life changing health situation with my husband, they called back, not only cancelled, but refunded. Really helped us out. I will be returning. I even took their names down. But couldn't find the paper id written it on. But it was the manager and one of the day staff, a young lady. Owners should be proud to have such polite staff
