Timber Down was an excellent choice to remove our large and tall Norfolk Island Pine tree. Their price was extremely competitive and they performed the work within 1 week of accepting their proposal. The tree was ominously leaning toward our house and could not be easily accessed by truck. We needed a professional and experienced crew able to climb, cut, and remove without damaging the house or other landscaping. We watched them as they methodically dropped large sections precisely. Jim and his crew accomplished the task quickly (<4 hrs) and completely, including cleanup, to our satisfaction.
