Had a truly amazing experience here. I was hoping to repair two blinds with a proprietary lift mechanism, but the installer was not returning calls and finding the correct replacement parts was like navigating a maze! I’m so glad I called this store and spoke with Doug, the owner. From my first conversation, he was knowledgeable, genuinely focused on finding a solution and even though the parts were very inexpensive, he took the time to understand what was needed, arrange parts delivery to my local repair company and even followed the shipment tracking alerting me and the repair company to be sure it reached them safely. Doug provided professional customer service from the moment I walked in. He walked me through the showroom, LISTENED to my project details, offered suggestions, sent pictures (via email due to this being a remote project), ordered extra samples, & FOLLOWED UP. If you’ve shopped much lately, this attention to detail & genuine old fashioned appreciation for the customer is RARE. The prices here are competitive, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is priceless & WORTH MORE!!!
