I brought my wedding dress to Seams to Be for alterations and I am so happy I did. My dress was no small project: three layers of fabric, a cathedral lace scalloped train, and needed to take it down two full sizes. On top of that, we added a hem, a bustle, a slit, and even sewed a strapless bra directly into the waist stay.
Despite all of that complexity, the team handled every detail with total ease and precision. I took a fleece hoodies to shorten the sleeves. Galina did a good job in alteration. Charged me $53.50 which I think is a fair price bec she also tapered the sleeves to make it look nicer.
