My experience was above and beyond my expectations. Raphael sat and consulted with me for fifteen minutes before my cut and style. He gave his recommendations based on the health and condition of my hair. He is very knowledgeable about haircare and wellness. We agreed on a cut and style and then Raphael created magic!
If you have concerns about your hair and have trust in an expert, Raphael will gently guide you and help you.
I am very pleased with his work.

Raphael Nakache is an amazing Hairdresser and he did a FABULOUS job on me today. I love my hair cut!
He took the time to cut my hair exactly how I wanted and genuinely care about his client's interest. I have been searching for a perfect hair dresser for over a year and now I have found him at Phenix Salon Suites! It was my first time to get a hair cut with Raphael and it was such a wonderful experience. We had a nice and pleasant conversation as he was cutting my hair and I look forward to our next appointment. :-)

I went to Michele for the first time and cannot rave enough about how awesome she is!! I am very particular about my hair, and it's a high-maintenance style. I moved to the area two years ago from the Tampa area and have not been able to find someone who was able to get it right. Michele made recommendations, listened to me, and knew exactly what I was looking for in a finished result. She took the time to make me feel like she cared about accomplishing that result. Highly recommend her! I FINALLY found someone in the Englewood/ Venice area after 2 years! ✂️💇‍♀️🥰
