Bob and his family are a
blessing to me. After fighting my E-Z-Go fastener apparatus for my handicap van for 2 years they found the problem and corrected it with a new model correctly installed!!
They went the extra mile to make sure everything worked perfectly.
All done in a professional and pleasant manner.
Happy to give my full recommendation.
My husband and I are in Englewood, FL on vacation and his Rascal Mobility Scooter died!! Now you have to understand that Rascal went out of business in 2011 so I was VERY worried that I would not be able to find someone who could repair the scooter… let alone if the parts were available!!! I found Bob at Mobility Source on Google and called him. He told me that he would be happy to try to repair the Scooter. We brought it to him on a Monday morning and he called us around noon time on Tuesday to say the scooter was “All done“!!! Needless to say, we were most grateful! His pricing was MORE THAN FAIR… And he even gave us a rental when we left on Monday in case… read full review
We rented a mobility van for the weekend. The experience was very professional, friendly and easy. They went through the process of how the van works. From the multiple buttons to extend and retract the ramp, to anchoring the wheelchair once inside. The van we rented had 2 captain's seats in front and a 3 seat bench in the back. The van had a lot of factory options and was comfortable to drive. I would recommend Mobility Source to anyone needing a wheelchair transport for a couple days or more. For our needs, it was much more convenient to rent a van for the weekend rather than calling a transport company for every ride.
