I have always been able to get right in and they actually listen to me about how I want my nails where other places will argue with me. I like them a little thicker because I type and run a housekeeping department so I have to do deep cleans from time to time. The pedicure is always great too. Staff is engaging instead of speaking to each other in another language the whole time.
I had a general pedicure, when asked which one, I choose the basic $27. She talked me into gel which I did try. My total was 47$. When I question why when it said 27$, I was told it’s 20$ for gel. I then called later about a manicure they told me it’s 19$. When I asked about gel I was told it’s 30$, unless I already have gel to remove then it’s 5$ more for 35$ total. I did make sure to ask all together totals. I felt like the 47$ was incorrect for toes as they are 1/4 the size of my hands. So clearly less gel. Michael did a great job on my nails. Cheaper than other salons but quality, technicians are friendly. Michael did a really great job on my pink and white french manicure, shaping and length is perfect, thank you
