Adopted a Maltese rescue that never had people contact, nevertheless grooming. She is afraid to get close to anyone...we weren't sure how she would do and if any groomer was even willing to try! Roxanne was the answer to our prayers. She not only understood our dilemma, but was more than willing to help our lil girl get her first official grooming.... she took her time and did a "Great" job...Emmie looked like a new pup. My husband didn't recognize her when he picked her up. She was happy, not frightened or shy and it was amazing how much Roxanne was able to do with her!!! I was really lucky to get an appointment when I did. Definitely call and book in advance because they are booked solid. Amazing, thoughtful staff. They keep dogs separate from each other. Also, the groom was really well done. She looks adorable. ? Thank you all so much.

They always do a fantastic job on my dog’s nails. They get them done quickly and properly even though she can be very anxious. In and out in 5 mins! Highly recommend Grooming Tails Of Venice!
