I was in need of urgent computer help and called leaderchip. I was told I could have an appointment the next day at 4pm. ok I will wait 24 hours to fix a small adobe problem. The next day 4 pm no phone call, so I called leaderchip and was told the tech was stuck at the previous client and couldn't possibly help me today. So no phone call , no nothing Person on the phone was kind of rude...... This company is not relaible or does not communicate well with their clients.

Carrie, April, and Troy were all fantastic to work with. I had an unusual business tool in need of repair and a personal Wi-Fi issue and they spent extra time and effort to help solve both issues Thanks so much!

As good as it get's is right! I have been using Leaderchip for years! They have repaired my computers and downloaded old tapes to DVD's! I find them honest, fair, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The owners are wonderful people and have helped me with all my needs, why go anywhere else!
