Dr Batzer is very good Dr. I have found the administrative portion of this office sorely lacking. No return calls, promised follow ups not performed. Medical record requests not processed. The name has changed but everything else remains the same.

Very unfriendly receptionist at the beginning of my appointment on 8/25 and a very lazy and hostile ending with the optical department employee that was more concerned with a personal call on her cellphone while I PATIENTLY waited. Was still arguing and trying to get them to order contacts after 3 hours. They finally wore me down and I got much better service from untrained employees at the WalMart down the road and it only took about 20 minutes to order the contacts.
