I had my first annual cleaning with Carpenter cooling after I had several recommendations from neighbors. Greg walked me through what he was going to do and where my A/C issues maybe stemming from. Greg was thorough, informative and spent the time explaining why I had past issues and how to mitigate them. I’m super pleased with their service and highly recommend them. I actually had a seasoned technician, not a trainee like I am use to getting from the larger air conditioning company. Thank you!

We noticed our main unit went out around 3:00 in the afternoon so we called to see when we could get someone out to look at it. Donny showed up about 20 mins later, made a quick diagnosis and fixed it within 15 mins. We've used Carpenter for years and are more than satisfied with the service we receive!
