About Capri Isles Golf Club
Capri Isles Golf Club offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience for both serious golfers and casual players. The 18-hole course features strategic water hazards, fairway and greenside bunkers, and a thoughtful layout with five sets of tees. With its superb condition and affordable pricing, Capri Isles is regarded as one of the best values in Sarasota County, welcoming both members and the public from nearby areas. The staff provides excellent service, with particular praise for the starter, who makes the pre-game experience enjoyable. Although the course is described as "tight," with houses close to the fairways, it remains a fun place to play. The course offers plenty of shaded areas, making it a great choice for those seeking a break from the sun. While some players find the pace a bit slower, many appreciate the relaxed atmosphere. However, golfers should be aware that accuracy is crucial, as errant shots may land in neighboring yards. Overall, Capri Isles Golf Club is recommended for its quality and character, providing a great golfing experience in a beautiful setting.
Good course and staff
It was nice course but the only 2 things wrong with the course was that the rough want trimmed and also the greens were very slow.
My favorite golf course in Venice / Sarasota area. I used to golf here every week even I was in my 20's. Now I try to golf here every time I visit. A very underrated course, but that keeps the crowds away I guess.
