Just wanted to pass by and give pestbear a shout out for having great customer service as well as good products. I recently upgraded to snakeaway a product they use to protect against snakes and it has been great so far.

I’ll be 100% honest, things were a little confusing in the beginning due to some unclear communication, but the company truly made up for it.

Our technician, AJ, was fantastic—very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. The company also stepped up, took responsibility, and provided great customer service to make things right. In the end, I’m happy with how everything was resolved and appreciate the effort they put into ensuring a positive experience.

I’m looking forward to continuing to use them for quarterly pest control.

We have been using Pestbear since 2022 and are very happy with our pesticide services. Our technician Juan is always available, when needed, comes to service our home every 3 months and answers all our questions. He is friendly, professional and shows great customer care!
