They saved me from a nasty situation. My AC broke beyond repair shortly before I was supposed to leave for a pre-booked vacation which it was too late to cancel. I have a cat who stays at home with a visiting petsitter while I'm away, but I could not leave him at home with no AC. They could've easily told me this was my problem (because, it was) and left me to deal with it, but instead they rearranged their schedule to replace my system before I had to leave. Scott was wonderful with the scheduling and Jesse did a great job with the service calls. They were all professional and really helpful. After calling two other 24 hr repair services late on a Sunday ( one had an AI receptionist and one an answering service, that could only give me an appt for between 4-8 the following day) I reached human! It was the quickest response time ever. Scott was courteous, friendly and got right to work to solve the problem. My system was almost out of freon. I would highly recommend My AC Guy heating and cooling.
