Fatima is amazing! She is very thorough in our sessions, knowledgeable, and concerned with my comfort. Brenna makes sure I have hot blankets to keep me warm, helps me with scheduling, and is very friendly. Gina is also friendly and very helpful. =)
had never had laser hair removal before. I had been thinking about it for years but was always on the fence. I booked a consultation with Tracy, who is an absolute angel to talk with. She had answers to all of my questions and helped me choose the best package for me. I ended up getting the full body package during the 65% promotion, and it was SO worth it. Five weeks later I had my first laser session with Fatima. She explained how easy the process was and I immediately felt confident in her. I have tattoos and so does she, so I asked her to compare the pain level. She was spot-on tattoos are maybe a 7, and laser hair removal was maybe a 2, or a 3 in the more sensitive areas. I had pretty much everything done except my arms, armpits, legs, and face. The process was incredibly simple, and Fatima was so kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was an amazing experience. Every staff member I've met here has shown incredible hospitality. I'm actually the GM of an extremely high-volume restaurant in an airport, so I have very high standards for customer service and I was blown away by the team here at Milan. Thank you Tracy, and thank you Fatima, for being excellent at what you do. I can't wait for my second session! P.S. If you're curious about my hair type and how well it worked: I have Italian roots and very thick, long, black hair. Sometimes I would have 2-4 hairs growing from the same follicle, which was incredibly annoying. Shaving was a nightmare and I dealt with lots of ingrown hairs and irritation. After just one session, I can already say my hair regrowth is down about 25%, and some areas haven't grown back at all (very small patches). From ONE session. I understand everyone is different, but wow this really works. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Fatima was very attentive and considerate! She did a great a job, she made sure that the level wasn’t too much for me! The parking was very seem less and the location was easy to find.
