“Total therapy is the best therapy company by far. I was referred to them thru early steps and boy am I glad we were placed together. The staff is nothing but friendly and curious. My son is immune deficient and they were very good about respecting our wishes. My son was first assigned to Aeryn who is the most understanding, respectful and loving individual I have had the pleasure of meeting. We communicated beautiful very responsive to my concerns and most of all amazing at getting my son to warm up to her. Then when she went on maternity leave it was such a smooth transition to Mrs Jenny. Another amazing individual she knew exactly what my son needed and how to get him to respond and cooperate a majority of the time. My son has trouble with new people and change but they both handled it like pros. They were always available to discuss any concerns or questions I may have had. Total therapy is amazing and they have a rock solid crew that is amazing and love what they do. It really shows that they do what they love and love what they do.
