We are purchasing a home in Florida (from Maryland) and needed to get the home inspected before settlement. Our real estate agent recommended Kevin so we used him. SOOO GLAD WE DID! He did an excellent job and we were very happy with his report. We have purchased several homes in our life time and this is always a sticky area for both the buyers and sellers. His report was very thorough and covered everything you would expect to see in a home inspection report. He did find an issue with the sewer line and prepared a video of his findings (included in his price) and made sure we completely understood the issue and how it could be resolved.
