ERIC!! I cannot thank you enough. YOU are the reason my son had a phenomenal haircut experience today. You were patient and became friends with my son and you gained his trust quickly. We have found our barber and now friend. Thank you Eric! Eric did the best job ever with my 4 year old son who is very sensory sensitive. My son has had a very difficult time with haircuts in the past. He would fight with everything to leave and it became very hard for him and I. HOWEVER, This was our first time seeing Eric AND MY LITTLE BOY DID IT!!!!! The very first haircut where my son did not have an absolute meltdown, at all! I had tears in my eyes. I am so proud of him.
I took our three youngest boys here for haircuts today, and one of them is autistic. The absolute patience and professionalism that was displayed by Alex really helped our son cope with getting his hair cut today. This place has always been friendly and open to working with him.
Shout out to Hector and the whole crew for dealing with my monster screaming and crying the whole time. I apologized to everyone for my child being so loud (I feel so horrible) but I also can’t have my child be blinded by his long hair. Hector took his time tried to make my child feel comfortable. His friends were trying to help my little monster calm down by playing with him but my monster wasn’t having it. I hope they’ll still take me in next time after this experience. Hector did an amazing job.
