Super helpful/professional. Quick diagnosis on my phone and helpful answers to all questions. Did not end up needing a repair this time, but will definitely bring my phone back for any issues in the future

Sarge’s has nearly 5 stars for a reason! I almost returned my phone bc it stopped working suddenly… turns out it just needed a hard reboot. Was in and out of Sarge’s in under 5 minutes. Will continue to use them!!

TLDR: Speedy service, fair prices, fantastic communication, very customer oriented. Highly recommend.My daughter's tablet screen was damaged for six weeks as I waited for a different shop to tell me they had inventory of the screen size. After 3 weeks, I called other shops who were unable to help.Then I called Sarge's. Within 5 minutes, they ordered the screen with an ETA of a 3 day arrival. It arrived the next day. I dropped off the tablet, with an anticipated 48 hour fix time. They had it done the same day, for cheaper than any other quote.
