Came to this shop during a family emergency to fix an iPhone SE 1st gen. It was damaged during battery replacement at another business in town. The gentleman at the desk calmed and assured me they could help. Several reasonable repair options were offered, and I selected the quickest, which was a priority to me. The technician, Alexander, quickly did his job, and I was on my way in no time. Him and the front desk person deserve to be "employees of the month" for the outsanding effort and customer care provided. Great examples for other colleagues! Thank you, UBREAKIFIX!

Great service, and most importantly, HONEST! They could have charged me much more but they CHOSE to be honest. My charging port wasn’t working so I assumed it needed replacing $150), they determined it just needed to be cleaned (which I tried). Saved me $120 and took less than 10 minutes. I have my new tech repair place!

They appeared to know what they were doing. They resolved the problem except getting the camera to work which I was aware of. To me they dd a better job than Samsung who sent back to me not working at all but it was "cleaned" who cares if it's not working. I will use these guys again. Also their business looked professional.
