“Definitely confusion when communicating. Be very direct about what you what, the deep tissue was very deep. I did mention a few times about not touching my back, down my spine. Which was touched multiple times. I moved her hand to the knot in my neck and it was briefly worked on. Kinda disappointed. I wanted to my neck done only. Marked it down on paper. Discussed with my masseuse. I still enjoyed it and am not one to lightly give out a bad review. Still the best DEEP tissue and strongest hands I’ve ever had at a massage session. “I cannot say enough good things about GGF! As a first time mom this place has been my saving grace on more than one occasion through this journey into motherhood. Everyone here makes you feel so welcome from the moment you walk into the door. They truly are a one stop shop for nearly everything you need as a parent with little ones. I started going here last year during my first pregnancy. The first thing that brought us in was the prenatal class taught by Megan, which started the most wonderful relationship. I have to brag on her, she is INCREDIBLE. Not only did she give us this wealth of knowledge in the prenatal class but also so much support as my prenatal massage therapist. She even gave massage support while I was in labour and some surprise doula magic with my daughter’s quick birth. Christie, the lactation specialist, is also another amazing person we see there and she’s really helped us get back on track with breastfeeding. She puts on this wonderful support group with other breastfeeding mothers every month that really connects you into a much needed community. Thank you so much GGF for all of your support!“
