The designer who came to my home to help me select curtains and measure was excellent. Would definitely ask for her help in future. The curtains are beautiful, exactly what I hoped for. The in-office staff was below average, pretty distracted and mostly talking among themselves instead of helping customers. The installer was very good, though had to come back a second time as staff ordered wrong brackets. He then left an extra curtain ring on the rod in the middle of curtains so curtains would not close fully, got caught on bracket, but my son was able to cut it off so now it works and they open and close fully. The curtains look really nice.

The process of meeting with Chrissy Krasley, who helped us pick out our window shades to installation was great. The communication process and scheduling of installation of the shades was flawless. They also rectified a small issue we had with some damage quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their products and the great selection we got to choose from.
