Koch restoration came with in hours of my call. The process was started immediately to dry out the house. They discussed with me all my options and made recommendations. They let me make decisions without any pressure. The owner was able to work with me according to my financial ability and gave me a great discount. Our newly remodeled bathroom had a water leak from the toilet. The water ran under the flooring & came up between flooring seams. We tried several methods to soak it up, nothing worked. I am so happy I called Koch. They responded very quickly sending Michael & Fred. They were so thorough, explaining every step of the process.They took up the flooring to uncover the pooled water.
