Tom, the owner, did a fantastic job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my clogged pipe quickly. He also took the time to educate me about my septic system and gave some excellent advice on maintaining it. I will definitely call on him again if I need a plumber.

We are so grateful. We lost water pressure the night before. Another company visited an hour prior and didn't use a single tool except his cell phone to schedule an estimator appt the next day to discuss financing the 25k estimate we were given to repipe our entire house. Then he left and we STILL had no water pressure. The Drain Doctor technician was honest, skilled and knowledgeable and didn't try scare tactic or upselling. He flushed our lines, changed the clogged filters and we were showering, flushing and washing dishes by the time he left. For less than 300 bucks.
