“We are awaiting some specific quoting from DA but in the Interim, we have had a wonderful experience with Lisa. We have an unfortunate situation where our Inspector missed something on a newer home that we purchased. We need to get the repair done soon to be safe rather than sorry. We have contacted other General Contractors and they want to skip the proper process (permit, etc.) or they feel they will not make enough money and just shoo us away like flies. Ocala has not been the most welcoming area thus far especially compared to our previous area in Tampa. Lisa was kind, genuine and understanding. We hope to hear back from them soon and that they will work with this on what appears to be a minor repair that just stinks because it is related to the structure system.
