How does this sound: a real person answers your call; you get an estimate appointment the same day; the estimate, thankfully, is more affordable than you expected; you are scheduled for the next day and they arrive when promised; they expertly take care of storm-broken tree limbs over water, clean up, and charge what they said they would. To us, it sounds wonderful. Because that's what happened. Moreover, these are good people who know what they're doing, who like what they're doing, and who like and value their customers. Highly recommend from start to finish. Prompt response to inquiry, detailed/honest evaluation and recommendations. On time, prepared, professional, knowledgeable - I honestly have nothing even slightly negative to report. They exceeded expectations and provided service at a fair price. I had trees removed (that were laying on the house), trees pruned (laying on wires) as well as large hedges trimmed and everything looks great.
