Brian was able to come and treat my aunt's condo quickly when her AC went out and she was out of state. It ended up being a very simple fix to replace the batteries but he knew we thought the whole unit was going to need a replacement! A very upstanding, speedy, and honest man to work with. Thank you!
Hudson Air installed the AC unit at the house we purchased last year, so we contacted them for annual maintenance after we moved in and again this year. They got us scheduled surprisingly fast both times, especially considering we called in late June! Chris came out both times and was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The price was also very reasonable.
Unfortunately, two days after this year's maintenance, our AC stopped working (on a Friday afternoon... ugh!). Spoke with Brian (the owner), who was booked solid but said he would try to get to us that day, if possible. I’ve been using Hudson Air for over 11 years now. Brian and his team are 5 stars across the board! They are fast, fair, and always professional. I only use service providers with integrity and Brian has always taken care of my a/c needs with honesty (and that’s hard to find nowadays).
