Chris Cowden came out to diagnose our AC and Duct work. I had called 4 different companies, purchased two systems, replaced all the duct work, and put new registers in. Our bill was twice as high as our neighbors and our air handler leaked into the house. Chris called in an expert in duct work and found things were not the right size for the unit we had. Our system was breathing out of a coffee straw so to speak. He also found that our inside unit and outside unit were not the correct matching sizes and had worked so hard they were about wore out and rusted. Eric Molina arrived and went to work finding the source of the problem with our unit. Determined it to be electrical but did not stop at the first issue but dug in to find another and repair them both. Very nice, professional shared videos and pics of what he did. Can’t say enough about his positive attitude even though I was not the happiest of individuals when he first arrived.Service: HVAC system repair

Called U S Air on a Saturday. Emergency no Air condition after just paying Garland to put all new duck work in for us. Paid Garland in full .He sent guys here 3 days in a row but never fixed the problem. Mark from U S Air came out to find lots of our new duck work was crushed so no air could go through it. Mark was very professional and caring about our problem. Mark got us some air conditioning so we could get through the weekend. would recommend U S Air very highly.
