Kevin and his GV team ruined me for life with other contractors. No other contractor has lived up to our GV experience, even for simple things. We demolished our old pool and cage, and built a new pool, spa, cage and outdoor living area with GV in 2021. The communication was excellent, the contract was fair, and deliverables were meet or beat. When they tell you it’s custom, it truly is…down to where we wanted electrical outlets placed, etc. His team understood and more than accommodated my need to visualize certain aspects before making final decisions. They put stain color samples up on the ceiling for me, helped me move furniture into place to determine tv brackets heights… Since then, Kevin still immediately accepts our our calls for questions and truly stands behind the work for the entire project…even a squirrel stuck in the pool cage post…lol! We wish we could hire GV to do all of our remodeling projects.
I am thankful we chose Grand Vista Pools to build our pool. This was such a big purchase and we were so overwhelmed. Kevin had so much patience and helped us every step of the way. His team was professional and courteous and also a pleasure to work with.
